* Showcasing a range of cooking techniques, including roasting, broiling, sautéing, frying, grilling, pastry baking, sauce creation, and cold food preparation.
* Your ability to upscale a recipe from serving 8 to catering for 64, 128, or 256 guests.
* Every plate is a canvas of your work; perfection in presentation and taste is a must.
* Hold a culinary school degree or equivalent training in the art of the culinary craft.
* Possess a minimum of one year of experience working in a high volume kitchen on a cruise ship, at a hotel, or in a fast paced restaurant environment.
