Business Development Representative - Education and Athletics Position Title: Business Development Representative - Education and Athletics Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00?AM - 5:00?PM. Some weekends and nights required. Travel Requirements: Hybrid Remote in Baltimore, Maryland | Must live within assigned territory and possess reliable transportation for daily travel (4560?min radius). If you answered yes to these questions, you might be the perfect fit for the role of Business Development Rep Education and Athletics at Sandstone Care in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for: Establishing Sandstone Care as a strategic partner to educational systems and sports organizations for embedding mental health into the heart of youth development and redefining what it means to prepare young people for success in athletics and in life by delivering mental health literacy education, resiliency skill?building programs, and seamless referral pathways to care when clinical intervention is indicated. Supporting brand awareness and education in the community, and representing Sandstone Care at various events and meetings. Achieving sales goals and increasing referrals to Sandstone Cares programs and services. The ideal candidate is a mission?driven, relationship?oriented professional with a passion for mental health advocacy, student wellness, and sports performance. You will serve as both ambassador and connector building trust through education, visibility, and consistent engagement with key stakeholders including athletic directors, school counselors, teachers, coaches, parents, well?rounded students and student?athletes. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, Sports Management, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, outreach, or relationship management preferably in behavioral health, education, athletics, or community engagement. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident public speaker. Knowledge of the education and youth sports ecosystem (e.g., MSCA, NJCAA, MPSSAA, IAAM, MIAA, etc.) preferred. Self?starter with excellent organization, time management, and follow?through.
