Responsibilities


  • Oversee product and life cycle management including design, development, production, and growth.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, understanding customer needs and validating solutions.
  • Develop business cases for new products, gather inputs, set direction, and design new product features to address complex issues and make a broad impact.
  • Focus on end users, gathering customer insights and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
  • Identify market trends and product needs, ensuring designs align with customer demand and contribute to profitable market share.
  • Collaborate with the R&D & commercial teams to drive product launch.


Qualifications


  • Minimum BSc in Life Sciences (MBA Preferred)
  • 10yrs + in upstream Product management with upstream focus.
  • Proven track record in developing new product development strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience with marketing new products (testing).
  • Skilled in presenting to industry and hospital executives.
  • IVD/ Diagnostics experience essential.
