Retail Supply Project Coordinator – 12‑month, full‑time (40 hours/week) hybrid contract in Cupertino, CA.Summary The Retail Supply Project Coordinator supports the execution and strategy of non‑inventory supplies for Apple Retail stores throughout the AMR region. This role contributes to the development and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures that enhance the Apple Retail experience. The coordinator will work both independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team, engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management.They are dynamic, intelligent, and passionate, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to quickly build trusted relationships with peers and stakeholders.This individual is a self‑starter with exceptional time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.They are highly analytical, capable of transforming data insights into actionable projects, and proficient in Excel, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will support the management of commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providers, including vendor sourcing, logistics, pricing, and participation in strategic business reviews. You will execute established supply kitting processes for new store openings and remodels, manage the product lifecycle from launch to end‑of‑life disposition, and continually seek efficiencies and cost savings by analyzing current processes. Additionally, you will engage with retail store teams to coordinate operational requirements through both direct and indirect communication and contribute to other projects as assigned.Education & ExperienceA BA/BS degree is required, along with at least three years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management. Experience in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments is preferred.Additional RequirementsThis opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid on‑site work.Compensation & BenefitsThe pay for this W‑2 position is $55.97 per hour.
