Join to apply for the Founding GTM Manager role at ProductNow. The Role We’re looking for a Founding GTM Manager to take on a broad, hands‑on role across sales, growth, and operations. This is the first dedicated GTM hire, working directly with the CEO to identify opportunities, run pilots, ensure account success, and set up the foundations for scale. This person will be accountable not just for generating pipeline but also for customer outcomes — making sure early design partners convert into long‑term, expanding accounts. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, loves experimenting, and is motivated by clear ownership of results. Responsibilities Source, qualify, and engage potential design partners and early customers. Support founder‑led sales by joining discovery calls, setting up pilots, and managing follow‑through. Own the success of early accounts: monitor adoption, ensure value realization, and drive retention/expansion. Maintain pipeline visibility and produce clean reporting for leadership and investors. Develop messaging, outreach cadences, and playbooks to support repeatable sales motions. Gather feedback from early customers and channel insights back into the product and roadmap. Lay the groundwork for future GTM hires by creating scalable processes. Requirements 2–6 years of experience in SaaS GTM, sales, business development, or growth. Proven ability to own both revenue generation and account outcomes (ARR, retention, expansion). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work. Comfort with both customer‑facing and operational responsibilities. Bias to action, curiosity for AI, and a willingness to wear many hats in a startup environment.
