+ Determines the status of each unit for proper billing, and ensures warranty information is accurate and complete.

+ Diagnose and repair units in accordance with standard United Radio procedures.

+ Performs clerical duties as they relate to the repairs, for example, updating the status of repairs in the computer, making estimates and entering them in the computer, etc.

+ Complete all necessary paperwork and invoicing at time repairs are completed.

+ Perform job-sharing duties as determined by the needs of the division.

+ Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.

+ Performs related duties as requested.

**Work Site**

**Work Environment**

This position is based in a brand new production facility with ongoing installations and updates. The team is new and highly team-oriented, working together to achieve quick product turnaround times. Standard work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, with the possibility of overtime. The facility ranges in temperature, and staff may stand for long periods.
