Health Insurance Experience Needed
Responsibilities: Accurately enrolling members in a timely manner.
Mailing out ID cards on in office day for members.
Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events.
Identify any abnormalities in the enrollment process.
Match the health plan with the members requests.
Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that all group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly bill.
