Employment Terms

  • Contractual Position, Duration of 4 Months (Potential for Extension)
  • This role requires full onsite presence. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Mandatory training will be provided, with attendance required throughout the entire duration.
  • This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with first shift hours. During peak enrollment periods, additional weekend work may be necessary.

Position Summary

nTech Workforce is looking for 40 Enrollment Specialists to assist during peak enrollment periods for eligible members in the federal sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and promptly entering all insurance, demographic, and eligibility data into the system.
  • Complying with HIPAA regulations and other pertinent state and federal laws, as well as company policies regarding compliance, integrity, patient confidentiality, and ethical billing practices.
  • Timely enrollment of subscribers and their dependents to ensure the efficient issuance of ID cards.
  • Managing terminations, changes in coverage levels, and other enrollment-related activities for both manual and automated accounts.
  • Addressing and rectifying enrollment discrepancies in line with corporate standards.
  • Executing basic account setup tasks, including reviewing group documentation and simple group structure configurations.
  • Achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and email communication.
  • Able to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously with ease.
  • Comfortable with technology and software applications.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, innovative problem-solving, and results-oriented performance.
  • Experience in a production-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in service or claims roles for a minimum of 18 months at a satisfactory performance level.
  • Familiarity with automated systems and proficiency in PC or CRT operations.
  • Software & Tools: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), WebEx, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must attend all training sessions without exception.
  • Must show proficiency and retention of training content through assessments.

  • Experience with project management.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, health insurance, or medical sectors.
