Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is hiring a Boutique Manager for their holiday pop up in Aventura Mall. The pop up will run from November 1st through January 5th and training will begin in October. The ideal candidate has experience in a luxury environment, preferably with a beauty brand, and is able to manage a team of 19. Candidates must have open availability to work a flexible work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure balance between customer experience, financial targets, talent development/retention, and operations
- Maintain a floor presence to ensure each client experience meets brand standards
- Manage customer issues and complaints as they arise and find solutions
- Identify relevant training to build service, selling, and product knowledge skills
- Ensure all defined financial targets are met
- Supervise associates’ individual goals and coach them to meet predetermined objectives
- Maintain all merchandising standards
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- 4+ years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Experience managing a team
- Strong adaptability skills
- Openness, risk taking, and dynamic
- Strong listening abilities with a sense of curiosity
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Pay Rate: up to $46/hr depending on experience
