Senior Service Repair Technician

$26-$34/hour

We are looking for our next dynamic Senior Service Repair Technician to join Trinity Exteriors Our Senior Service Repair Technician (roofing/siding/windows) responsibilities will range from investigating leaks on roofs to installing new sashes, wrapping windows, and replacing damaged cedar siding.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to work sites to deliver materials as needed.
  • Handle repair production requirements as assigned.
  • May be responsible for hands-on tasks such as wrapping windows, installing new sashes, and replacing damaged cedar siding.
  • Investigate issues such as roof leaks and repair minor issues when possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct experience in hands-on construction of exterior trades (roofing, siding, and/or windows) required.
  • Professional and customer focused attitude.
  • Well-organized.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.

Compensation: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

About the Owner

Ted Swanson got his start in the construction industry in 2003, just after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in entrepreneurship. The company he worked for was looking to grow aggressively, allowing Ted to advance and progressively master the sales and operations processes. However, after working there for five years, it became clear that the company's quest for expansion steadily relied on high-pressure sales tactics and mediocre customer service.

In 2007, Ted started Trinity Exteriors, Inc, a new kind of company that focused not only on providing customers a new roof or siding but also a memorable experience that they would want to repeat. With a lot of help from a great group of employees, Ted is able to deliver his three pillars of service, quality, and integrity to every new customer of Trinity Exteriors, Inc.

Outside of work, most of my free time is spent with my 3 daughters. As a family we enjoy going to Twins games, biking around Lake Harriet, watching movies and swimming.
