Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluations of automotive electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and control modules.
  • Participate in vehicle teardown and benchmarking projects to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance enhancements.
  • Design and validate components related to electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet automotive industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems in both the electrical and mechanical domains.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on electromechanical system integration for various vehicle platforms.
  • Work with customers to understand specific project requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and present reports and presentations to clients, clearly communicating technical findings and suggestions for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive electromechanical systems engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems (e.g., wiring, batteries, motors) and mechanical components.
  • Experience in system integration and troubleshooting of vehicle electronic and mechanical subsystems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and electrical design tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD Electrical).
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
