Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Our LHH Marketing Division is proud to be working with our long-time consumer products and eCommerce client in North Seattle to recruit a Web Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role leaning onsite just north of Seattle. In this role, you will work with a nuanced and agile marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing, demand generation and web experiences that drive conversion, traffic and new opportunity for the brand. The emphases for this brand new position are growth and technical evolution, so you will be responsible for implementing new, AI-forward initiatives, driving implementation and adoption of new tools, and creating integrated campaigns that drive digital product sales. To be a fit, you should bring a deep knowledge of consumer eCommerce marketing, with expertise in Shopify, Magento or a similar major platform with experience driving web traffic, clicks and conversion. This role is not just campaign and growth focused, though this work will make up for about 50% of this position, but will have ownership and reach into the website and user experience, site performance and technical innovation. AI experience working with relevant tools that drive automation and process improvement is required. This organization sells in-demand products, so you will be stepping into a role with a set target audience and engaged customer base, with products that are highly rated Your goal will be to further enable technical advancement for the marketing team, drive sales and CRO improvements, and ensure the customer experience is seamless and devoid of any hiccups that may prevent conversion on the site. This role is primarily onsite north of Seattle, with some hybrid flexibility. Pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience. You will: Partner closely with an integrated marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement to digital improvements for the brand with a focus on driving an increase in CRO, sales and website engagement Serve as the growth marketer on the team, reviewing historical campaign data and analytics to inform campaign strategy, and driving execution with the team across email, social, paid and organic efforts Leverage deep expertise in eCommerce business to optimize the website experience to ensure best possible results and metrics that lead to sales and conversion, with a focus on areas of opportunity, new integrations, checkout flow and similar Maintain consistent knowledge and oversight of website and campaign analytics to identify themes, opportunities for improvement and further leverage campaign choices that drive sales Implement AI empowered workflows and tools that empower and enable the marketing department to scale digital and eCommerce efforts Utilized the above duties and knowledge to partner across the organization and set strategic roadmaps with leadership Your experience should include: 5+ years of web marketing, eCommerce, growth and/or similar experience in a digital-focused, consumer products environment Strong track record of working across website optimization and growth marketing functions of a marketing department, understanding the relationship between these experiences and how to maximize the customer journey to drive clicks, web traffic and conversion Deep understanding of AI and how to enable these functions with tools and commands eCommerce platform expertise in Shopify, Magento or similar; In‑depth experience with email marketing, social media, paid ads and SEO efforts Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance options Three weeks of accruing PTO annually 401(K) with match Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing Industries Retail Sound like you?
