Tasks include scheduling shelf-life panels, shelf-life cuttings, setting up routine testing in LabVantage LIMS & conducting the required shelf-life tests. + Conducts sensory tests in a safe and sanitary manner. + Recruits employees for Shelf-life Panels. + Responsible for proper and safe operation and maintenance of all relevant equipment in the Shelf-life areas. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Required** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated inclusive behavior, including treating others with dignity and respect. + Ability to show resiliency through staying engaged, and proactively holding oneself accountable. + Must be capable of working several hours in a 38°F cooler or for short periods of time in a 0°F freezer. + Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time. + Regularly lifts 20-30 lbs. and may, on occasion, must lift up to 50 lbs. + Basic computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, databases &/or other commonly used programs. + Demonstrated use of strong organizational skills, prioritizing and the ability to work independently. + Demonstrated problem solving skills.
