Responsibilities of an Telecommunications Support Representative:

  • Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly review product lines for market needs and financial sales goals.
  • Ensures localization and adaptation of the approach based on audience and geography
  • Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information building a sense of trust with customers and businesses
  • Meet with potential consumers, handle new inquiries, and establish new customer accounts by promoting new products and sales promotions
  • Devising direct marketing campaigns with Account Managers in line with the organization's marketing strategy
  • Making sure all direct marketing falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light
