Our guiding principle throughout the ever-changing healthcare landscape is to empower our brokers and agencies with the best training and latest strategic tools to succeed. The RSM’s main role is designing and implementing sales strategies that motivate and aide independent agents and agencies to become successful at selling insurance products and growing their book of business. The Regional Sales Manager will cover the Northeast region, and therefore, the candidate should be located within that area.&Attend and travel to events throughout the country (Carrier, Medical Group, Recruiting and AEP Readiness)
