Our candidate of choice will bring significant experience in transactional aspects of complex debt finance matters and will represent banks, private credit lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on a wide range of asset-based, acquisition, and cash-flow financing transactions.
Handle junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters.
Collaborate with clients and team members to provide exceptional service and solutions.
Manage the transactional aspects of complex debt finance matters.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Significant experience in debt finance transactions.
Strong academic credentials and sound professional judgment.
High motivation to provide exceptional client service.
Large firm experience is preferred.
