OverviewLooking for a "Business development Executive" for our leading Global IT Service Provider, based out of the US- Bay area, with a minimum of 7_10 years of selling into "Google" or "Meta"ResponsibilitiesExpand on and ensure long-term relationships and success with Google by leveraging existing MSAs and current work with the client.Grow the revenue of the account and exceeding targetsCreate the team's strategic and tactical plan for the Operating plan to drive growth over the next 3 years.Drive strategic relationship agenda that advances client’s strategic prioritiesExpand the Portfolio across the Client by penetrating different BUsDevelop and expand senior relationships across the various business units • Lead direct and indirect teams responsible for commercial and operational successQualifications / What shall make you SuccessfulSales Oriented leader with a growth mindsetAbility to thrive in a start-up type culture – This is a new BU within an established company with ambitious growth and investment plans for the unitIndustry Knowledge- Strong understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape.Needs understanding of latest trends and focus areasBusiness Development Capability- Strong negotiation skills and ability to canvass and penetrate new Business units with a hunter mindsetLeadership- Experience in leading a team of individuals and driving team performance, as well as the ability to manage key internal stakeholders. Skills to develop the teamRelationships and Relationship-building- Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Strategic Thought Leader - Needs to understand Clients' respective strategies and priorities, how the parties can help each other achieve their goals, as well as execute, negotiate, and partner.Cross-functional Expertise - Experience in driving cross-functional teams. Strong partnerships across internal teams are required to execute the wants and needs of the client.Communication - Strong and clear communicator at all levels and functions.
