Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for the operations of the clinical activities of the Wound Management and Limb Preservation department. In collaboration with the Medical Director, this position holds responsibilities for coordination of clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds in inpatient and outpatient settings. The Wound Care Manager is responsible for the development and application of standards and research to enhance the quality of care to the patient population served, improve improve clinical practice through staff and patient education and a multidisciplinary collaborative approach.
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Minimum 3 years Wound Care clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum 1 year experience as a full-time Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management

They provide the same emergency treatment for adults and children. We are located in the city of Atlantis. We are near the coastal cities of Lake Worth and Boynton Beach.
