Role Overview: As a full-time LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality nursing care to our patients. br>
  • Rooming patients and recording vital signs
  • Administering medications, including injections
  • Conducting medication reconciliation
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing prior authorization paperwork
  • Supporting healthcare providers in daily clinical activities
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional nursing care under supervision or within your scope of practice
  • Gather and document patient information accurately
  • Assist with clinical procedures and equipment preparation
  • Instruct patients and their families as needed
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a smooth patient flow
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain relevant certifications

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
  • Current LPN license or registration
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Prior experience with Epic software is a plus
