If you appreciate longer shifts that allow for more days off during the week, this nursing position is ideal for you. You will be scheduled for six shifts within each pay period.


As a clinical nurse specialist at Dove Healthcare, you will provide essential support to our patients during challenging times. Your role will encompass being a reassuring presence, offering comfort, and fostering connections that uplift.

Required Qualifications:
Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse

Degree from an accredited nursing institution

Ability to comprehend and execute technical oral and written directives

Exceptional time management capabilities

Ability to accept and provide guidance

Collaborative team player

A genuine desire to positively impact individuals' lives

RN Responsibilities:
Supervise all facets of resident care by directing and overseeing LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members

Administer direct patient care through medication and treatment delivery

Monitor and manage acute changes in a resident's health status

Contribute to a safe, comfortable, and homelike atmosphere

Perform additional duties as assigned
