We are looking for Transportation Supervisor to add to our team Utilize your bachelor’s degree in human service field and your previous experience working with children and families or contract management. We will teach you the rest 


A Day in The Life as a Transportation Supervisor

As a Transportation Supervisor, you will provide support to Transportation Specialists and the Permanency Team working with children and families to facilitate transportation and visitation for the families currently experiencing foster care. Transportation Supervisors will be asked to assist in coordination of transports throughout the State of Kansas, communicate with transportation staff as well as Permanency staff, and assist in documentation of supervised visitation and transports. Supervisors help to build collaboration between other child welfare stakeholders to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and permanency of children and youth. Supervisors work with their assigned staff to achieve goals directly related to identified outcomes and goals for the families who they are supporting.  Supervisors are the key source of support for staff during times of crisis as well as in the everyday roles and responsibilities.
