This isn't your typical 9-5 job; it's more of a seize-the-day opportunity. Expect to work long hours (8am-8pm) for 8 months of the year to maximize your earning potential, with downtime in the winters. Compensation is performance-based, and we provide comprehensive training and support.

We're on the lookout for Project Consultants who are both personable and driven to join our team at Capital Construction. While prior industry experience is preferred, we're open to training individuals who possess the right attitude and motivation. If you thrive on engaging with clients, old and new, and are interested in being part of a well-established and expanding company, then Capital Construction could be the perfect fit for your career growth.
*Responsibilities:*
* Cultivating strong customer relationships through consistent sales efforts
* Identifying potential customers for insurance-funded property renovations through canvassing and networking
* Meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within assigned territory
* Demonstrating professionalism and business acumen to positively influence prospects and customers
* Collaborating with insurance adjusters, completing necessary paperwork, and handling payments
* Conducting all business activities in line with company values
* Following up on leads provided by the company
*Skills:*
* Proven experience in sales
* Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to build productive relationships
* Highly motivated with a track record of sales success
* Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
* Proficiency in delivering tailored presentations
* Ability to manage relationships and accept feedback
*Required Qualifications:*
* Valid Driver’s License
* Preferably, experience in roofing or construction sales
* Strong ability to generate new business while retaining existing clients
* Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the job, company, and clients
* Self-starter mentality with a commitment to achieving goals
* Motivated by sales and willing to go the extra mile
* Physical ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs
