Monday to Friday 1st Shift

Up to $80,000 annual salary + Benefits & Overtime

Our client are looking for an experienced HVAC Building Engineer to join a existing team on a large prestigious site in the Oshkosh, WI area.

The site is home to a globally renowned premier packaging solution provider.

The successful candidate will complete planned and reactive maintenance, minor installations, regular services, and repairs to heating and air conditioning systems and will also support with other aspects of building systems work when required.

The successful candidate will be EPA Certified and have 3+ years Commercial / industrial HVAC experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and HVAC equipment is running to optimum performance
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Carry out modifications and installations when required
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
Liaise with client/management

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3+ years working in a HVAC role
A recognized qualification in HVAC
06a License or 06 license
Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
Very well presented
Client facing experience (highly desirable)
