About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at FM & HVAC Recruitment Inc. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing a reactive and proactive maintenance service to ensure all building equipment is running to optimum performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a multi-skilled building maintenance service, which covers handyperson duties, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, and minor mechanical disciplines.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
  • Liaise with clients and management to ensure all key performance indicators are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years working in a Maintenance Technician role.
  • Be flexible towards work and carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade.
  • Experience with Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, and Electrical isolation.
  • Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
