Summary

Under the direction of the Dietary Manager:
  • Responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, meal service,and overall food quality according to the planned menu, resident preferences,and physician-ordered therapeutic diets and plans of care
  • Demonstrates appropriate sanitation and infection controlpractices to meet state and federal regulations
  • Oversees the general kitchen operationsin the absence of the Dietary Manager
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Quantity food preparation experience ina healthcare setting preferred
  • Per the Centers for Medicare andMedicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions formedical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Shift: 5:30a-1:30p or 12:00p-7:30p (Hours May Vary), must have Weekend and Holiday availability; Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range*: $15.50/hr-$17.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

2nd Shift Differential: $0.50/hr

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.10/per year, up to ten (10) years
