Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items served
- Coordinate food production to align with meal serving times
- Memorize and understand menu items, including abbreviations and portion sizes
- Follow standard recipes and accommodate special dietary requests
- Safely and efficiently operate standard kitchen equipment
- Comply with all sanitation and food production regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in dining services within a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar medical environment
- Culinary School education is a plus
- ServSafe certification is required
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
