The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can motivate the team, drive sales activity, and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will be responsible for developing a positive corporate culture, promoting collaboration, and guiding the team to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. You will be directly responsible and accountable for daily operations with a focus on achieving sales and membership targets and ensuring exceptional customer service.Compensation and benefits are described below. We acknowledge this opportunity is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, a separate company and employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp. and its affiliates.
