The Executive Director of FP&A will be a strategic finance leader responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the property. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a vibrant, high‑end hospitality setting that has extensive growth plans in the near future. From luxury accommodations and multiple acclaimed dining venues to championship golf courses, a world‑class spa, and a thriving membership program, this opportunity presents a fascinating array of sophisticated operations and diverse revenue streams. Responsibilities of the role include: Lead the annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting process. Monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership as well as department leaders updated of the organization’s financial performance. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes and support business growth. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Develop, mentor, and lead a small team of financial analysts. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 7+ years of progressive Finance experience, with at least 3 years as a Supervisor/Manager. Prior hotel experience required. Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in financial planning.
