Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Sustainment Control Account Manager. In this role, you will perform activities associated with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for assigned portfolio. Manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of financial Analysis, forecasting, baseline planning, variance explanations, schedule and cost performance, annual comprehensive estimate at complete.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (i.e. pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set)
Desired Skills:
Familiar with managing a project (i.e. cost, schedule, managing deadlines and stakeholders)
Interest in Business Administration, Sustainment, Supply Chain, or Finance
SAP Experience
Earned Value Management Familiarity

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
