NBM currently has a full-time Customer Support/Call Center Representative opening in our Seymour Street Middlebury office.

Our ideal candidate will:

provide customer service with a smile

be an attentive listener

be courteous, respectful and responsible

enjoy learning

have sound judgment

be detail oriented

have basic computer and technology literacy

Pay rate begins at $22.07 per hour

Approximately 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 (1/2 hour lunch breaks daily)

Rotating Saturdays

Provide prompt, accurate, professional customer service

Assure deposit account information is accurately recorded, maintained and monitored

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally assuring proper and appropriate distribution of calls

Sell appropriate products and services to telephone customers

Assure deposit account data entry is processed and verified according to standards and procedures

Review activity on controlled accounts

Correct and process encoding errors and other adjustments

Schedule appointments for loan customers

Conduct account research

REQUIRED

One year of customer service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Outlook
