Home Based Therapy Supervisor

CGRC’s Functional Family Therapy (FFT)Services is an evidence-based short term intervention program for youth 11-18 years old. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership of the program and is responsible for supervision and instruction relative to the treatment services delivered by the program team. The Clinical Supervisor ensures administrative and clinical integration, coordination, and collaboration of the program services into the overall functioning of the organization.
If you're looking for the opportunity to share and expand your competencies using a variety of clinical based interventions overseeing CGRC's Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program may be for you. Clinicians provide intensive, home and community-based therapy to families whose adolescents are displaying social, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders. Clinicians work with families to change how youth function in their natural setting while following a specific model that promotes positive social behavior and decreases anti-social behavior.
- Verify current and ongoing clinical competence of all program employees by ensuring the implementation of clinician orientation, training and effective performance management including group and individual supervision.
- Intervene to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations.
- Collaborate actively with FFT expert around implementation of the model and to ensure continued development of own clinical skills.
