Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Service Representative will identify and close new service opportunities within a specific territory.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.
  • The Customer Service Representative will maintain and service existing customer needs in your assigned territory, establish new business opportunities through canvasing and cold calling, and fulfill the company’s internal departmental needs.
  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and tracking customers using a variety of internal metrics.
  • This role will interact with our Account Managers, Accounting, and internal Sales/Service Teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • 1-3 years of related Industrial Warehouse sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)
  • Experience using CRM’s
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.
