Account Executive – Southern California Wanted: an Account Executive with experience successfully capturing new client business within the IT staffing industry. This job is remote but you must be located near the Los Angeles or San Diego market to conduct in‑person meetings with prospective clients. Candidates outside California are not considered. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Prosum by 2×. What will you do? Cultivate a client pipeline through lead generation. Identify, manage, and maintain client relationships via business development and growing existing business. Showcase the Prosum value and solution, educate clients on talent retention solutions, and help them grow. Drive gross profit growth by navigating the buying process, engaging stakeholders, and securing signed agreements. Manage the entire job order lifecycle: conduct an intake call, review internal submissions, coordinate interviews, and close candidates. Is this you? • More than two years in a similar role with a staffing agency, results‑oriented and well‑connected. • Proven success in capturing new client business within the staffing industry. • Current with staffing trends, hunter attitude, passion for adding fans to Prosum. • Proactive, resourceful, keeps a cool head under pressure, strong internal and external relationships. • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and sales. • Able to drive sales strategy and planning, generating pipeline and achieving metrics. • Solid IT network, assess client staffing needs, write job orders, match candidates. • Organizational, time‑management, prioritization skills. • Excellent written and verbal skills for remote collaboration. • Excited about the hustle of an entrepreneurial team. • Experienced in documenting client and candidate communication and activity progress.
