Schedule: M-F Days The role you’ll contribute: Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing manager in all volume driving, key service line initiatives and campaigns. Marketing Coordinator will also support with community partnerships, sponsorships, and events. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee the photo and video content projects for the medical group, support the management of the external website, and collaborate with the West Florida Division team on social media initiatives and campaigns. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities : · Supports the creation and production of all physician marketing materials ensuring compliance. · Assists with the development of web and social media content strategy as it relates to physicians. · Responsible for tracking ROI of all marketing initiatives and establishing tracking mechanisms. Oversees subsequent market plan adjustments. · Supports Physician Liaison and hospital partners with development of marketing materials (i.e. promotional items specific to physicians, hospital, print materials, referral pads, etc.). · Supports with the planning and execution of events.. · Supports marketing manager with paid media efforts, ensuring deadlines are met with local publications, out of home, digital campaigns, etc. · Supports marketing manager with strategic community partnerships and sponsorships. · Manage and facilitate community and campus events. Maintains the hospital’s Healthy Happenings event calendar and creates events to align with the hospital’s key service lines and marketing strategies. · Supports with the development of content for collaterals, internal and external websites, press releases, and social media. · Support the content management on external website; serves as role of “webmaster” and is responsible for managing web inquiries; acts as point person for all website issues that cannot be resolved locally and manages resolution with the corporate office. · Collaborates with the WFD social media manager on content for social media outlets for the hospital, including Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, etc. Monitors social media and manages inquiries/issues as recommended by AdventHealth WFD/corporate digital guidelines. · Collaborates on blogs, social media posts or other external communications. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · MUST BE A STRONG WRITER, capable of writing a wide variety of communications in the appropriate contexts of tone, length, audience, and intended use. · Demonstrates fundamental knowledge of marketing, communications, and public relations. · Must have strong collaborative skills, must be a strong facilitator and have the ability to work independently, as well as within a matrix organization. · Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision. · Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related field. · Experience in marketing, public relations or communications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: · Health care experience This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
