6+ years of experience with application developing preferably with Oracle financial systems and applications
4+ years of experience working with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Strong experience with JavaScript development in support of Oracle applications
Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Strong data modeling experience
Experience with ServiceNow for incident management, problem management, and service request management
Knowledge and understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work on a team as well as independently
Current ITILv3 or ITILv4 certifications are highly desired
Relevant Oracle, OBIEE or Tableau certifications are desired
Bachelor s Degree

DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will help maintain and support existing applications on the APEX platform
Present project plans, status, and progress reports to the Project Managers work with the team and client to help manage and create various functions for the team
Design, develop, and document new applications features and functionalities
Perform system analysis and system development tasks
Develop standard and customer defined reports and dashboards and provide support for ad hoc reporting
Maintain the interfaces between client solutions and other systems
Adhere to data architecture guidance
Continuously identify opportunities for application improvements, performance tuning and resolving issues
Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff and management
Work with Oracle Support on service requests
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare and conduct presentations and prepare written reports
