Leveraging the global energy expertise of its parent company, Amp Energy, Amp Z designs, builds, and operates massively scalable digital campuses with customizable, integrated energy ecosystems that provide clients with power reliability, choice and a path towards sustainable operations.The RoleThe Human Resources Senior Manager will lead the strategic and operational HR function across a multi-state, early-stage data center technology company. This role will oversee all areas of HR—including workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, recruiting, payroll as needed, benefits, culture, and learning and development. The Senior Manager will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, ensuring HR programs align with business goals and multi-state regulations.
