Essential Duties:
* Present a professionally appropriate appearance.
* Install HVAC systems and duct work in residential and commercial settings.
* Lead an installation crew and communicate in a cooperative manner.
* Train new HVAC installers and provide useful feedback to assist in their growth.
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers & co-workers.
* Communicate, educate, & advise customers on system operation; properly explain functions of their HVAC system.
* Ensure company vehicle and tool area is clean, neat, organized and well stocked.
* Ability to use company technology in reporting, documentation, and communication.
* Must be thorough, meticulous and committed to excellent job performance.
* Must be able to handle stress, job demands and work cooperatively with others.
* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
* Leadership qualities and ability to train new installers.
* Must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
* Ability to work independently and in team environments.
* Must pass background check and drug test.

Physical Requirements:
* Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments in all/extreme weather conditions.
* This position requires physical activity including extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing.
* Requires the ability to frequently lift and/or carry materials weighing up to 60 lbs. Occasional lifting and/or carrying materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
