Restocking as needed. -Operating kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, food processors, etc. Cook Skills & Qualifications: -Prior experience in food preparation in a scratch kitchen. -Must be able to follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients. -Ability to read and speak English. -Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. -Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays. -High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods. -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
