Kelly has a temp to hire opening as a Customer Support Representative for one of our top clients in the Avon CT area The pay for this position is $18/hour. They also provide lunch daily
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries (phone and email)
  • Serve as liaison between customers and third parties such as providers and pharmacies
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
  • Ensure accurate documentation
 
Experience and Skills
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology: Medicare Part D
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
