Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Oversight: Take charge of project planning, scheduling, and execution, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborating with the internal management team.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, subs, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and meet deadlines.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets closely, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Quality Assurance: Uphold commitment to excellence by maintaining high-quality standards and conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records, to track project status and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. (Preferred)
5+ Years of proven experience as a residential project manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects, including full additions and new construction projects, on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. BuilderTrend and Matterport experience is beneficial.
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
