Position Overview:
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Your expertise in accounting will ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage comprehensive financial documentation utilizing QuickBooks.
– Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
– Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
– Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
– Generate monthly and annual financial statements.
– Conduct payroll processing while adhering to tax compliance regulations.
– Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and forecasting.
– Collaborate with project leaders and department heads to track and manage project expenditures.
– Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee purchasing processes.
– Support financial audits and assist in tax preparation activities.
– Identify and implement process enhancements for improved efficiency.
– Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
– Demonstrated experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
– Proficient in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend software.
– Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– Familiarity with the residential construction and remodeling sector is advantageous.
– CPA certification is a plus.
