How you can help: We are looking for a Warehouse Lead who will work hands-on with their team. We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, has a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys being part of a team.

  • Follows and enforces all company safety rules.
  • Promotes a positive working atmosphere consistently exhibiting Lakeview’s core values.
  • Manages day to day duties of team members
  • Organizes training of new team members
  • Coordinates ongoing training in the development of current team members
  • Assists personnel by answering questions and demonstrating processes.
  • Troubleshoots warehouse problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Communicates with the team to keep products flowing efficiently through warehouse.
  • Is accountable for ensuring daily tasks are completed.
  • Shares all quality issues with management.
  • Conducts quarterly feedback reviews with team members.
  • Participates in continuous and inventory improvement projects.
  • Ensures stock movements are transacted accurately.
  • Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics as required.
  • Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfill operational, customer demand, and meet set targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience of any kind.
  • 1-3 years of ERP or Warehouse management systems experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated problem solver.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet set deadlines.
  • Can critically think to resolve complex issues.
  • Can create/compile data sets to make recommendations for improvement
