Senior GenAI Partner Development Manager, Global Startup Team Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). As a Partner Development Manager, you will build relationships and manage the success of partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), focusing on our Startup Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) partners. Key responsibilities include: Work with new and existing startup partners to define and execute joint build, market, and sell plans, including technical sales and Go‑to‑Market (GTM) programs. Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development team, delivering the overall startup partner strategy and value proposition. Engage partner field sales, channel partners, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for the startup and for AWS. Create strategic partner development plans aligned with AWS’s startup strategy, defining shared goals and tracking attainment. Set and manage revenue targets and work with sales organizations to achieve or exceed goals. Manage and close a pipeline of relevant customer opportunities associated with assigned partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (solutions architects, service teams, marketing, PR, legal, GTM specialists, support) to execute the business plan. Ensure partner customers successfully adopt AWS services and position AWS as their preferred cloud platform. Understand technical requirements of startup ISVs and guide product offerings and joint solutions. Use CRM, data warehousing, and analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management and partners. Manage complex contract negotiations and liaise with the legal team. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. 5+ years of professional or military experience. Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level. Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams. Experience selling enterprise software or cloud‑based applications. Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences. Experience presenting to executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
