Territory Sales Manager, North America-West

Detailed Primary Responsibilities:Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and pipeline growth targets.Build short- and long-term territory growth strategies and track execution using CRM and other tools.Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and customer loyalty events.Leverage deep knowledge of Alpha's offerings to support customer decisions including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.Monitor market trends to identify new accounts and opportunities.Support the execution of global key account strategies at customer sites in the assigned territory.Evaluate and report on sales agents/distributors performance and commission plans.Provide accurate and timely territory sales forecasts of expected business results.Provide timely response to customers including but not limited to sales quotes and product inquiries.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree required; technical degree strongly preferred.Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets is preferred.Experience selling highly technical capital equipment.Experience selling software solutions is a plus.International sales experience is a plus.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAction-oriented and eager to achieve results.Location:U.S.Other:Travel: moderate domestic and international.CompensationA competitive compensation package will be designed that includes cash and bonus opportunity.Disclaimer: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
