Our candidate of choice will be a civil litigation attorney, who is admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts or has obtained a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions. This is a hybrid role



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Professional and General Liability
Products Liability
Tort and Liability Defense
Admission to the Massachusetts and Maine State Bars (or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions).
At least 3 years (10 years maximum) of civil litigation experience,
Professional and General Liability preferred.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
