About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Addiction Medicine Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Substance Use Disorder Medical Director to provide guidance on the development and treatment of substance use disorders in patients at MGB Salem Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance on substance use disorder treatment in the outpatient setting, including the intensive outpatient program. You will also participate in hospital-wide, community-based, and MGB SUD task forces.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on substance use disorder treatment in the outpatient setting
  • Participate in hospital-wide, community-based, and MGB SUD task forces
  • Collaborate with the Substance Use Disorder Medical Director to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years experience in treatment of SUD patients
  • Minimum of two years in providing supervisory experience to Clinicians
  • Masters Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field
  • Any licensed discipline (PhD/PsyD, LICSW or LMHC)
