Pay Rate: $17 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
  • Provide high-quality support through telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating unresolved cases as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by using company resources, expertise, and business judgment to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Consistently contribute to team productivity and revenue targets by ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Foster a positive, courteous customer experience in all interactions to reinforce Luxottica’s brand reputation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • High School/ equivalent or Relevant work experience
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  •  Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
  • Customer service orientation
  •  Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact
  •  Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
  • Retail store/field experience
