What You’ll Do

As a Project Administrator in our Redmond office, you’ll be the backbone of our projects, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and accurately. Your role will be central to supporting our Project and Program Managers, keeping documentation and processes aligned with timelines and standards.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and generating all project procurement documents with precision and care.
  • Compiling and organizing monthly program reports from project managers.
  • Managing and facilitating payment requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Maintaining compliance with procurement requirements and HMK processes.
  • Corresponding with clients and subconsultants, fostering clear and collaborative communication.
  • Supporting project teams with various administrative tasks, prioritizing what matters most.
  • Proactively connecting with project members to collect and ensure the accuracy of necessary data.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
