Compensation & Travel Pay $145K – $165K Eligible for incentive compensation – Annual Bonus Plan Travel 25% – 30% Estimated application window close date: Monday, Dec 22, 2025 Recruiter Neelam Patel – neelam.patel@gmail.com – 913-343-5762 Responsibilities Leads and directs the Operations function for the region, with emphasis on attaining safety, financial, growth, and customer service objectives. Manages the activities of various Area Operations Managers who have direct responsibility for fill plant operations and transportation. Provides leadership and direction to control the manufacture and distribution of packaged gases. Manages and coordinates the safety, maintenance, compliance, capital expenditures and budgeting functions of the Operations function. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience; with thorough knowledge of the gases, related hard goods, and transportation industries strongly preferred. Experience in establishing business strategy, short‑range and long‑range strategies, and in controlling and managing operating budgets and annual operating plans and objectives. Experience in leading multi‑level regionally located locations in both organized and non‑organized associate environments; focus on integrity, respect, and safety is paramount. Proven experience in leading manufacturing organizations through operations excellence, including planning and scheduling, schedule adherence, driving continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication skills including negotiation, influence, and consensus building to interface with employees/customers at all levels within the organization as well as external customers, vendors and agencies. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four‑year university. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
