This portfolio includes responsibility of ~400 outpatient dialysis clinics, ~200 home dialysis programs, ~100 acute care programs, 7,000 teammates, and the care of 25,000 patients across Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, Tennessee, Arkansas, Montana and Wyoming.As a Group Vice President you are a key member of DaVita’s field leadership team. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to the field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care. Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors group performance, and works closely with the senior leadership team to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values.The GVP has full leadership responsibility for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, and termination of your direct reports who are Division Vice Presidents.
